PAYMENT: Customers have the option of using PayPal, cashier's check, money order, or credit card for payment.
RETURNS: Merchandise may not be returned without an authorization number. Only merchandise shipped in error or with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or refunded. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns will incur handling and restocking fees in the amount of 25% of invoice value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Special order items are NOT refundable.
All products must be returned in original factory condition and must include all original packaging material. All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days are subject to restocking fees or may not be accepted based on the time and condition of return. Returns with components missing are subject to 25% restocking fee. Please ship returns via UPS Ground or FedEx.
CLAIMS: Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after delivery.
LEAD TIME: Stock items will be shipped within 3-5 working days after receipt of order.
